Appointment Policy and Consequences

We kindly request a 24-hour or 48-hour notice if you need to cancel your appointment. This allows your technician enough time to make necessary arrangements. Additionally, please note that a non-refundable deposit is required, and there will be a flat-rate late cancellation fee of twenty dollars.

We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and we take them into consideration. In the case of life-threatening situations or other serious events, our "three-strikes" rule will be implemented. After three consecutive cancellations without prior notice, you will no longer be able to book appointments with Meraki.

We value our time and the commitment we make to our clients. As a small business, situations like no-shows significantly impact our operations. When a client fails to show up for their appointment, it leaves their last technician with an open slot that could have been filled by another client who was eager to take it.

To ensure fairness, please be aware that deposits are nonrefundable and will be required for future appointments as well. Furthermore, if your technician cancels within a 24-48 hour timeframe, you will not incur any charges, and your deposit will transition to your next agreed-upon appointment.

Rescheduling Policy

In accordance with our cancellation policy, if you need to reschedule within 24-48 hours before your appointment, your deposit remains nonrefundable. However, we understand that certain circumstances such as the unfortunate event of a death in the family or hospitalization of a family member may arise. In such cases, the deposit can be transferred to your following appointment.
